Join me in an intimate circle of stillness and sacred reflection. This is a gathering for those who wish to quiet the mind, open the heart, and return to inner truth.

We meet every Wednesday from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. For those who are unable to make it in person we also stream the session on zoom.

Each session blends gentle guided meditation, binaural beats, reading and reflections of spiritual texts.

Together, we’ll create a sanctuary of peace where you can exhale the noise of the world, reconnect with your essence, and draw strength from collective meditation.

Why the Bhagavad Gita?
The Gita is not merely a book, it is a mirror for the soul.
Through its verses, we explore how to live with wisdom, courage, and love amidst life’s challenges. It reminds us that peace is not found outside, but cultivated within.​

This gathering is intentionally small to preserve a sacred atmosphere. All are welcome. No prior experience is needed only an open heart.
